We made it!!
Just wanted to stop by and say that we made it to Idaho safely. It was a loooooong drive, but the kids and dogs did great on the road. We didn't get here until one am and didn't go to bed until after three, so I'm a little tired today. Thanks for all the wonderful comments and good wishes for our trip. I'll be updating soon.

Brent and I have a tradition... it's a silly one, but every time we drive across the UT/ID border into ID (on our way to Yellowstone) we play "End of the World" by REM... lol! Kinda something I picked up in college (from ID friends)and it sorta transferred over to marriage with me... lol!
