Chloe

Another Sparkle Creations stamp--Chloe. I love her fun scooter. I used Sei Mimosa papers. The flower is made from sparkly crepe paper that came in the kit. I used watercolor pencils and a watercolor brush for coloring. Her scooter was actually more orange before it dried. Luckily, there's a lot of pink in the papers.
